Games Workshop has become a rotted shell of it's former glory, like so many of the companies who have produced our beloved IP's over the last few decades. As the manufacturer of the massively popular Warhammer 40k tabletop series, Games Workshop has spent the better part of 2024 actively antagonizing and chasing off their loyal customer base, all so that they can pander to woke activists who spend their days online harassing anyone who doesn't adopt their worldview.

This became evidently clear when Games Workshop retconned the Adeptus Custodes and gaslit the critics, saying that this elite fighting force of male warriors had "always included females." It inevitably led to a massive backlash from thousands of fans, many of whom have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years creating their own tabletop armies.
Now we are seeing Games Workshop targeting EmanGameplay, a 3d modeler and YouTuber, with a copyright infringement suit over what allegedly are designs that aren't even available for purchase anymore from Games Workshop. Popular Warhammer creator Archcast tweeted out a link to Eman's GoFundMe for his legal suit, which at this moment has raised $5,582.

The GoFundMe has a brief introduction by Eman himself, as well as some of the details concerning the lawsuit.
"Greetings everyone, my name is Eamann Ghasemy, but I am more widely known as EmanG. I design models for 3D printing and publish them via my page on Cults3D."
Please support emang,

He's a 3d stl artist, he didnt do anything wrong and gw royalty screwed him over.
Dont let games workshop fearmongering tactics make an example of him,
other wise we will have more copyright problems in the future form companies like gw. https://t.co/RyiUY3QZNs
"On October 24, 2023 I was personally served with a number of copyright infringement complaints. Due to the lengthy proceedings, I have incurred significant legal fees and related costs that I am currently trying to pay off. Unfortunately, negotiations have taken much longer than expected and my legal fees and settlement costs are substantial."
